Start renaming the "Lunar Phantom 1.0" application by clicking on the icon name.
This is needed because the name is too long for the "Set Startup..." command.

Type the Right Arrow key to put the insertion point at the end of the name.
Type the Backspace (Delete) key four times to rename the application to "Lunar Phantom".
Type the "return" key to finish renaming.
Choose "Copy" from the "Edit" menu.
Start renaming the "Untitled" disk image by clicking on the icon name.
